1. Yamcha's Desert Hideout

Yamcha's old haunt from his days as a bandit. Over the years, he's used it as a place of solitude in times of strife. Having earned decent income as a baseball player, Yamcha has even made additions to the hollowed-out mesa that makes his natural home, including a guest bedroom, and modern kitchen and bath thanks to large generators, water purifiers, and a well. It serves as a perfect base of operations because of its isolated location and Yamcha's undisclosed acquisition of a small military arsenal still in good repair from his bandit days that he keeps underground.

2. Bead's Village

Bead comes from a small, yet diversely populated farming village. Years ago, they were terrorized by a monster who could change into any shape at will, stealing away their daughters and keeping the people in a constant state of paranoia as to who or what the monster might be next. A young boy named Goku and his companion, Bulma, happened upon a village and disclosed that the monster was, in fact, a shape-shifting lecherous pig named Oolong. Upon Oolong's defeat, the people found that their daughters were actually living a very rich, pampered life at his mansion in the woods. Since then, the village has remained at peace.

3. Wolf Village

A small, secluded village hidden at the edge of the forest near a river, Wolf Village is significant for not only being the residence of the legendary Okami-sennin, but is also holy ground. Beyond the walls of the village lies the Great Seal of Heaven, known only to a handful of scholars and monks. It is the duty of Okami-sennin and his heirs to guard the seal, as it has been traditionally for eons.

Non-chosen descendants of past heirs, their students and families still reside in the village, although the majority of the population has little faith left in their present protectors since the passing of Okami-sennin nineteen years prior. Still, some of the younger men in the village volunteer along with hired mercenaries to assist Barracks in defense of their home.
